About this Position What you´ll do Support the Sales & Channel Excellence and the Marketing & Strategy team within the mobility and industrials division of Henkel Adhesive Technologies Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing key account management practices and optimizing the performance of our sales teams Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that allow key stakeholders to visualize performance data in real-time and make informed business decisions Work cross-functionally with various departments to gather data, understand challenges, and propose strategic solutions Process obtained data into useful information and convincing arguments and help to prepare presentations for our leadership team What makes you a good fit Student who has successfully passed first semesters from business, marketing or any related field Previous experience with data analysis, including data visualization, reporting, and analytics tools like Power BI English language is required, good knowledge of German and other languages is an asset Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Ability to think critically and strategically, with a strong interest in understanding business operations and improving processes Self-motivated and creative team-player with a high level of independence and an open-minded personality Strong communication, analytical and organizational skill Ability to complete a full-time internship of 4-6 months as of January 2026 Some perks of joining Henkel Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model Diverse national and international growth opportunities Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs Attractive Remuneration Global Experience Interns Community We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
