About this Position
What you'll do
* Lead the strategic sourcing in the given area of responsible with a spend around 180 M€
* Define a regional procurement strategy with clear supplier segmentation
* Set KPIs and objectives on all short, mid and long term financial targets
* Continuously challenge current E2E Value Chain whilst also simulating alternatives
* Provide access to supplier innovation for all Business Categories to benefit from early involvement
* Interact with BU counterparts on given sourcing projects and drive digitalization enhancements
* Develop and manage the regional team of buyers
What makes you a good fit
* Master's degree in Business, Engineering or Chemics
* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience ideally in procurement, supply chain or any fast-paced project related environment
* E2E business understanding to steer stakeholders across functions and external partners
* Interest to work in a very international Team, present an open mindset and the desire to make an impact
* Fluent Language skills in English, German is a big plus
