Your tasks
8. Telephone and written customer contact at the service desk
9. Telephone support for customers and interested parties
10. Receiving customer inquiries and creating incidents
11. First attempt at resolution according to specifications and otherwise forwarding to downstream support groups
12. Ensuring availability by telephone and timely mail processing
13. Taking on dispatcher tasks, reporting and simpler special tasks
Your profile
14. Completed specialist training or adequate professional experience in the IT sector
15. ITIL Foundation certification desirable
16. Confident handling of common MS Office products
17. Good IT knowledge and technical understanding
18. Very good written and spoken German; knowledge of English and other foreign languages desirable
19. Customer-oriented way of thinking and working as well as strong communication skills
20. High flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to perform
21. Strong ability to work in a team
22. Willingness to work 5x16 shifts
23. Working time model: 37 hours/week
