Scrum Master (m/f/d) in a
scaled Scrum environment
Join our team in the Social Security business area in the field of digital integration in part-time with 20 hours/week with place of work in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area - and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!
This will be your job...
* You will support our Scrum teams in achieving their goals by creating a supportive, agile working environment
* You support the teams with your strong methodological skills and continuously develop working methods
* You moderate Scrum events and are responsible for the continuous improvement process
* You enable teams to implement cross-team and complex projects in a targeted manner
* You strengthen and live the agile mindset in the teams
* You work closely with the Scrum Masters of the other software products and actively shape the scaled agile environment

* You have several years of professional experience in an agile working environment You have very strong communication skills as well as strong moderation and conflict resolution skills You can motivate people to work together across team and departmental boundaries and create understanding between different perspectives You have a high willingness to self-reflect and take responsibility You have sound experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach in medium to high complexity environments You have good knowledge of software development processes You have the ability to structure complex issues and bring them to fruition in a goal-oriented manner
