Why This Role Will Appeal to You Permanent position with long-term project pipeline €80,000–€100,000 base salary, plus bonus and benefits Hybrid working model with flexible hours Time off in lieu to fairly balance peak project periods Exposure to a €500m project scope within a €1bn+ offshore programme High-visibility role with genuine influence on how projects are planned and delivered Clear, credible career progression pathways Your Role & Impact In this role, you will combine hands‑on planning expertise with strategic influence: Develop, maintain, and control integrated project schedules for complex infrastructure projects Support the creation and continuous improvement of planning policies, procedures, and standards in Germany Work closely with project managers and cross‑functional teams to align milestones, risks, and delivery strategies Identify schedule risks early and support mitigation planning Produce clear, structured schedule reporting for senior stakeholders Capture lessons learned to strengthen planning and project controls maturity Reporting directly to the European Head of Planning & Project Controls and the Senior Project Manager Part of a planning team of six, embedded within a dedicated project delivery team Opportunity to build capability and leadership beneath you as the business grows What We’re Looking For 8+ years’ experience in project planning / scheduling within infrastructure, construction, or energy‑related environmentsli> Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project Solid understanding of project controls, schedule risk, and progress measurement Good level of German (strong B2 acceptable) — English is the business language, though some clients operate in German Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong technical report‑writing capability Working knowledge of German construction regulations (i.e. BaustellV) Experience on large‑scale or offshore infrastructure projects Familiarity with PMBOK or similar project management methodologies Culture & Working Style International, collaborative working environment English‑speaking business culture with German client interaction Long-term investment in people and capability This permanent role offers genuine long‑term pathways, including: Advancement into leading the Planning & Project Controls function in Germany for the right individual Hiring Process Two-stage interview process Efficient and transparent — decision within two weeks Interested?
