Ihre Aufgaben
* Design, implementation, and detail planning of projects
* Tendering, awarding, site supervision, and settlement
* Cost control, scheduling, and quality control
* Coordination of external consulting engineers
* Customer meetings and relationship management with long-term customers
Ihr Profil
* Completed university degree as a civil engineer
* At least 2 years of experience in the planning and execution of new buildings, renovations, refurbishments, and maintenance work
* Law knowledge in building, planning, tendering, and contract law, as well as experience in all performance phases of HOAI
* Business administration basics, economical behavior, and cost-consciousness
* Knowledge of CAD (preferably Nemetschek) and AVA (preferably Bechmann)
* Safe handling of MS-Office and MS-Project
* Driver's license class B and secure German language skills in word and writing on C1 level
