As a Delivery Station Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational excellence of our delivery station in Duisburg. This role involves leading a team to ensure efficient and timely processing and dispatch of packages, while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Job Responsibilities * Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of delivery station associates, including performance management, training, and scheduling. * Oversee the inbound and outbound flow of packages, ensuring efficient sorting, loading, and dispatch operations according to established procedures. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery success rates, on-time performance, and productivity, taking corrective actions as needed. * Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure working environment for all team members. * Collaborate with other departments, including logistics, customer service, and transportation, to resolve operational issues and optimize workflows. * Manage equipment and resource allocation, ensuring proper utilization and maintenance of delivery station assets. * Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Handle and resolve operational escalations and customer service inquiries related to deliveries. * Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports as required.
