As a (Senior) Full Stack Engineer (d/f/m) your responsibilities will include:
conceptualizing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications across the full stack (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, TypeScript)
Realizing new product features independently, from backend logic to frontend UI
Designing and implementing REST APIs to support high-traffic client apps
Building end-to-end features and owning full services or feature modules like checkout, dashboards, or analytics
continuously improving the performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of our codebase
actively participating in architecture decisions, technical discussions, and code reviews
hacking through your ideas to develop, enhance, and evolve our platform's core capabilities
helping us refine our engineering processes to ensure quality and speed at scale
understanding and solving user requirements and pain points with pragmatic solutions
optionally contributing to our accessible, modular UI component design (SSR, Next.js)
growing into increasing levels of ownership and leadership, depending on your experience level (Junior → Senior progression)
What you will need to succeed in this role:
being a resilient problem solver, unafraid of ambiguity, blockers, or bugs while knowing when to ask for help
a strong grasp of modern JavaScript (ES2015+); TypeScript is a big plus
hands-on experience with service-oriented application design, including REST APIs and full-stack architectures
Understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns
experience in working with high-availability and performance-critical applications in production
Ideally experience with Docker and container-based Dev environments; bonus: CI/CD, Kubernetes
understanding of relational data modeling, and basic familiarity with NoSQL concepts
a solid understanding of web security, attack vectors, and mitigation techniques
ability to balance thoroughness with pragmatism, even under tight deadlines
skills in writing clean, modular, testable code that scales
curiosity, proactiveness and the desire to learn, eager to explore new technologies and challenge the status quo
the ability to switch comfortably between frontend and backend tasks and contribute across the stack
