Tasks & Responsibilities Define and execute the global technology strategy in alignment with corporate and business objectives. Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure technology solutions. Build and inspire a high‑performing global technology management team while fostering collaboration and accountability. Oversee governance frameworks to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and value realization. Drive and manage the global technology portfolio, taking ownership of budgeting, prioritization, and performance tracking. Enhance efficiency through global standardisation across sites and the entire value chain from development to commercial production. Champion emerging technologies and digital innovation to strengthen business capabilities and accelerate transformation. Requirements PhD or Master’s degree in Process, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Technology. Longstanding relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or biopharmaceutical industry. Extensive international leadership experience in technology management within a global corporate environment. Deep understanding of pharmaceutical production processes and regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, EMA). Proven expertise in global project management, change management, and intercultural leadership. Strong knowledge of engineering systems, automation, infrastructure, and compliance with global standards. Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Mandarin are a plus.
