What you´ll do
* Support the Global Consumer & Market Intelligence (CMI) team in addressing key consumer, trend, and market questions that inform long-term category strategies and innovation priorities across global Consumer Brands categories
* Identify, analyze, and monitor emerging consumer and cultural trends, macro-level market dynamics, and competitive activities to uncover long-term drivers of change and emerging growth opportunities
* Conduct structured research using trend intelligence platforms, and business intelligence sources to identify evolving consumer needs, behavioral shifts, and whitespace opportunities for innovation
* Translate consumer and market signals into actionable insights and strategic implications that support decision-making across Strategy, R&D, and CMI teams
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure insights are embedded into strategic discussions, innovation pipelines, and category planning processes
* Support the monitoring and evaluation of trend and insight initiatives by tracking engagement, adoption, and feedback to continuously enhance their impact and relevance
* Contribute to strengthening future-oriented consumer centricity and competitive intelligence capabilities that help guide long-term growth strategies and category development
What makes you a good fit
* Student, who has successfully completed the first semesters of a study program in business, market research, psychology, sociology or similar fields
* Previous experience in consumer insights, trends, market research, strategy, marketing and related fields as well as international experience is a plus
* Fluent English language skills; German and other languages are advantageous
* Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
* Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to turn data into compelling insights.
* Excellent communication and a collaborative team spirit, combined with a high level of independence
* Availability for a full-term internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting July 2026 for a duration of six months ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
