Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager – New Business & Account Growth to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in legal, compliance, and operations teams, and delivering tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the DACH market and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the sales team in the DACH region to drive revenue growth and exceed targets
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in legal, compliance, and operations teams
* Deliver high-quality product demonstrations and presentations to secure new business and grow existing accounts
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars across the DACH region
