At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a Marketing Intelligence Consultant (all genders) in full-time for THE MARCOM ENGINE (part of the Serviceplan Group) at our Munich location. Support for our renowned, international clients in steering marketing budgets more effectively and improving decision-making in a measurable way Holistic analysis of marketing performance across all relevant channels (web, app, media, CRM, social, SEO/GEO) Development and application of modern measurement approaches from digital and marketing analytics to marketing mix modeling, experiments, and incrementality Translation of complex analyses into clear, decision-relevant storylines for stakeholders and management Advisory support on budget allocation, performance, and growth drivers with a strong focus on measurable business impact Close collaboration with data scientists on models, automation, and AI use cases Continuous development of expertise in causal models and marketing intelligence Breaking down silos by connecting disciplines, data, and perspectives into holistic, robust solutions Successfully completed degree in business administration, business informatics, data science, statistics, mathematics, or a comparable quantitatively oriented field of study Several years of relevant professional experience in consulting, analytics, marketing, or strategy, ideally in an agency or other dynamic environment Strong foundation in digital or marketing analytics (tracking, KPI frameworks, attribution and measurement logic) First exposure to advanced measurement methods (e.g. MMM, experiments, incrementality) is a plus Strong data storytelling skills: the ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations Structured, analytical mindset combined with solid business understanding High level of self-motivation and willingness to continuously develop Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage Awareness of information security topics and information security best practices Onboarding: With personal mentoring and digital onboarding sessions, we ensure your perfect start Further Education: Your development is important to us.
