What you’ll do
Position title: SAP CLM AM AI Core Intern (f/m/d) – AI Developer
Work Area: Software-Design and Development
Location: St. Leon Rot
Expected start date: July 15th 2025
In this role, you’ll:
* Implement and integrate AI features and functionalities into our existing product ecosystem.
* Develop and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for deploying, monitoring, and scaling AI models in production.
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to support AI model integration and data processing workflows.
* Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to ensure seamless deployment and performance of AI solutions.
* Participate in the testing, debugging, and optimization of AI-powered applications.
* Gain hands-on experience with SAP BTP for AI deployment.
* Learn and apply best practices in software engineering specifically within an AI context.
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Preferred fields of study: Computer science, mathematics, computational linguistics, or related
What you bring:
* Hands-on experience in software or AI development.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with frameworks for Generative AI and Agentic AI.
* Basic understanding of ML lifecycle and model integration with frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch.
* Passion for technology and interest in the domains of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* A team player who loves to collaborate with geographically spread international team with engineers, and AI specialists to build world-class applications.
* Fluency in English is mandatory, while German is desirable.
* Nice to have: Knowledge of SAP BT
