As a Creative Producer at HY.AM Studios, you’re the one who makes it happen—turning creative concepts into tightly executed campaigns across photo, video, social-first formats, and brand activations. From TikTok to YouTube to IRL moments, you’ll oversee production from pre-shoot planning to on-set coordination and budget management, working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life—on time, on brand, and on point. You’ll be responsible for leading 3–4 productions at a time, managing the full pre-production and production process, and supporting hand-off into post. You’ll work side by side with creative directors, social leads, brand activation managers, and campaign producers to ensure seamless execution—whether it’s a content shoot or a branded experience. Key Responsibilities Production & Activation Planning Lead the end-to-end execution of productions across video, photo, social-first content, and brand activations. Own pre-production tasks including timelines, crew sourcing, casting, art buying, locations, permits, scheduling, and vendor coordination. Ensure productions and events are fully staffed, scheduled, and executed efficiently within budget. Oversee shoots and activations on-site or remotely, troubleshooting in real time and keeping all stakeholders aligned. Stakeholder & Partner Management Collaborate closely with internal teams including Account Manager, Social Media Managers, Brand Activation Managers, Art Directors, and Post-Production Campaign Managers. Act as the main point of contact for external partners—photographers, DPs, stylists, event vendors, studios, and freelancers. Lead optioning, contracting, invoicing, and payments for all external partners. Budgeting & Timeline Ownership Build and manage budgets across both content production and brand activations. Maintain clear, realistic production and activation schedules, adjusting as needed to meet project goals. Provide regular updates on status, costs, and potential risks to internal stakeholders. Support for Post-Production Ensure all production deliverables and documentation are transferred smoothly to the Post-Production Campaign Manager. Coordinate wrap-up processes including asset handover, crediting, and usage rights. YOU Experience & Expertise 3–5 years of experience in content and campaign production—ideally from an agency, production company, or freelance background. Proven ability to produce photo and video content tailored to the formats and storytelling styles of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Experience in brand activations and live executions in physical spaces is a plus. Solid understanding of production and event workflows, vendor management, budgeting, and logistics.
