Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Sales Contracts Manager (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:
6. Manage the legal risk in relation to aircraft deliveries
7. Understand and manage the aircraft sales purchase agreement (contract) with a focus on deliveries
8. Directly contribute to Airbus' financial Targets
9. Manage customer & financier relationships around the globe
10. Protect deliveries and manage exceptions (delays, defaults)
11. Managing the delivery closing for the Transfer of Title of the aircraft to the customer
12. Prepare Airbus commercial and legal documentation based on the aircraft financing
13. Calculate the final aircraft price, invoice accordingly and ensure payment
14. Represent Airbus for official and social events with customers
Your profile:
15. Completed studies in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management or comparable
16. Work experience in Contract Management
17. Experience in dealing with Customers
18. Experience in handling English-language contracts
19. Goog knowledge in Data Analysis and Structuring
20. Proficient handling in MS-Excel and Google Workspace
21. Airbus experience would be a plus
22. Fluent English skills, written and spoken
