🚀 Account Executive (AE) – AI SaaS | Early-Stage Startup

We’re working with a fast-growing AI SaaS startup that’s building a category-defining product for B2B customers. They’re now looking for a strong Account Executive to join the commercial team and help drive the next phase of growth.
This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, working closely with founders, and selling a product that genuinely solves real customer problems.
What you’ll be doing:
* Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
* Work with inbound and outbound opportunities across mid-market B2B customers
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
* Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and founders
* Feed market and customer insights back into GTM and product strategy
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in B2B SaaS sales (AE, Closing SDR, or similar)
* Comfortable running sales conversations end-to-end
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset — you like moving fast and figuring things out
* Fluent German and English
