The role We are looking for a high-calibre Lead - Menu Strategy to support the expansion of our product assortment by generating product learnings through experimentation that lead to new concept introductions on our menus and drive customer excitement. In this role, reporting into the Director of Product Strategy - Menu within the International Product Strategy and Operations team, you will work closely with Product Development Managers across our global business units to define hypotheses and concepts to test, work with our Tech stakeholders to experiment with the introduction of menu ranking recommendation models and menu navigation feature improvements. This is a very exciting opportunity, especially for Product Managers with strong analytical abilities to drive the International team’s future product strategy. What you’ll do Drive menu strategy and support expanding our product assortment in 10 markets, delivering on ambitious growth and profitability objectives: Identify and implement mid-term, multi-market innovation concept opportunities based on commercial potential and consumer relevance Build systems for more efficient sharing and scaling of market-led concept innovations Centralise insights and analytics of global core menu performance to inform strategic menu decisions. Analysing the performance of existing product lines and creating business cases and improvement plans to drive commercial growth within our current concept offering Leading Physical Product Experimentation for growth Lead the menu experimentation roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholders across HelloFresh Group's meal kits business Develop hypotheses and testing frameworks with international product teams to drive order rate growth and customer excitement. Generate product learnings and insights from analysing experiment results and translate into customer improvements that are implemented across the physical product organisation, globally Collaborate with Tech Product to introduce personalisation models and menu navigation improvements across physical product teams Be the commercial lead to introduce the models in mature markets through experimentation, ad-hoc analyses on operational impact Create hypotheses to develop and test the placement of physical product assortment and introduce changes across the mealkit business. Act as a connect and integrator of personalisation models across a matrix organisation, ensuring alignment across commercial teams to implement model improvements within operational processes. Unlock commercial team blockers (process changes, analytics) to enable experimentation around new menu feature introductions. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record. Relevant 5 years of working experience in product management, analytics, and product development High calibre profile: you are a fast learner, a top performer and want to take on a new exciting challenge Analytical mindset: you are great with numbers and have strong analytical logic and rigor, with knowledge of experimentation methodologies and statistics.
