A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a DP Coordinator to join a thriving, independent, non-profit international school in Germany from August 2026.
Established in 1992, the school has grown into a vibrant, diverse community, now home to over 200 staff and students representing more than 70 nationalities. It is a truly international environment, underpinned by a deeply supportive and collaborative team culture where both students and staff are encouraged to flourish.
The school places a strong emphasis on the holistic development of every student—academically, socially and emotionally. Following the IB Middle Years Programme in lower secondary, alongside iGCSE and the IB Diploma Programme in upper secondary, the curriculum is carefully designed to provide both consistency and excellence at every stage of learning.
With class sizes of just 21–24 students, teachers are able to genuinely personalise learning, nurture individual strengths, and build meaningful, lasting relationships within the classroom.
Located in one of Eastern Germany’s most captivating and culturally rich cities—often recognised as one of Europe’s most liveable—the lifestyle on offer is just as compelling as the role itself. From historic old town streets and stunning architecture to lakes, cafés, markets, music, and theatre, there is a real sense of balance, beauty and quality of life. Whether it’s weekend exploring, outdoor living, or immersing yourself in culture, there is truly something for everyone.
