Develop engineers through regular 1:1s, structured feedback, clear expectations, and performance management. Guide technical decisions in a Go/Java/Python environment and ensure strong engineering standards. Ensure reliable sprint execution, proactive risk management, and transparent stakeholder communication.
Translate product goals into actionable engineering work with clear priorities. Technical Ownership: You are comfortable working with backend engineers in Go, Java, or Python. You can guide solution design, review code, ensure quality, and make sound engineering trade-offs.
