Join our Freiburg GQO Finance team as a Controller (m/f/d), where you'll play a key role in supporting operations through financial analysis and planning. This position acts as the primary finance contact for Freiburg Ops, contributing to key projects, reporting, and forecasting. What you will do: Provide financial support and guidance to the Freiburg Operations and Finance teams Lead month-end close activities for Freiburg Manufacturing teams Support overall planning and control cycles Analyze business results including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Provide reporting and analysis on key financial metrics (e.g. cost per unit, volumes, headcount) Prepare and lead monthly business finance reviews Coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles Offer financial assistance to projects and initiatives Act as a liaison with the Poland Finance Center (e.g. AP, fixed assets, vendor/freight management) What you need: Required: Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in an international finance environment Knowledge of financial statements and project management High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) Experience with international standards (e.g. US GAAP, SoX, ISO) Familiar with Oracle and Hyperion and preferred and/or ERP/SAP Preferred: Experience in supply chain or distribution center environments Knowledge on Power-BI is preferable Diversity is important to us.
