€38,000 per year Gross Salary| On-site | 50% travel (local & international)
Our client, a global education organisation, is seeking a proactive Business graduate for an Area Manager position, to support and develop a network of learning centres across Germany and internationally. This on‑site role combines coaching, operational support, and business development.
What you’ll do:
Support franchisees through regular visits, coaching, and performance guidanceDrive centre growth, quality, and operational standardsDeliver training, presentations, and local initiativesTravel extensively across the region (approx. 50%)What we’re looking for:
