W&P Partners are supporting a leading global brand experience agency in the search for a Business Development Manager to join their expanding EMEA team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic, creative powerhouse shaping immersive brand experiences across international markets.
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying, targeting, and winning new business opportunities within the Live Events space. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to deliver compelling proposals and award-winning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business growth across Germany and wider EMEA, occasionally supporting international projects.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships, positioning the agency as a strategic partner.
* Respond to RFPs and craft exceptional written proposals and pitch presentations.
* Identify cross-selling opportunities across other service lines within the business.
* Leverage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and maximise revenue opportunities.
* Ensure all client-facing communication and materials are of the highest standard.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in Business Development within the Live Events, Exhibitions, or Experiential Marketing sectors.
* Exceptional communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
* A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
* Fluency in German and English preferred.
