What you'll do
* Be responsible for complex customer projects and ensure their technical excellence and successful implementation
* Implement best practices and continuously optimize existing solutions to increase efficiency and performance, in close collaboration with the team
* Lead customer meetings, technical workshops, and solution discussions to promote solution adoption and ensure high customer satisfaction.

* Coordinate technical design discussions with operations teams, product management and the Enterprise Integration Services team
* Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions based on established patterns, frameworks and modern technologies
* Analyze, troubleshoot and continuously optimize solution performance to ensure customer success and satisfaction
* Empower customers through consulting, training and best practice recommendations to ensure effective use of services and maximum added value
What you'll need
* A completed apprenticeship or degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field – alternatively, an equivalent qualification with proven hands-on experience
* At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role or working with technical methodologies and frameworks
* Practical experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, and ideally with AI/ML technologies
* Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving complex business challenges
* Knowledge of web services and API’s and related programming techniques (REST/SOAP API, JSON, XML/XSL)
* Passion for emerging technologies, continuous learning, and working in an agile environment
* Creativity and problem-solving skills to design and implement innovative, scalable solutions
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ambition to drive change and ensure successful project delivery
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit – you enjoy working cross-functionally with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders

This position offers a salary between $80,000 and $110,000 annually.
