Provide support to the trading team by cupping and grading coffees in accordance with company procedures and business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Preparing and dispatching samples to our clientsSample roasting for client requests and cupping sessions according to our roasting standardsSet up and break down of cupping tables according to industry standardsKeeping the quality lab clean and organizedMonitoring inventory and equipmentRegistering incoming samples and keep proper documentation and records for all transactionsParticipating in cupping sessionsPhysical grading of green coffee samplesAssist sales team and customers with quality related questionsCalibrating, maintaining and updating customer specsSupport Sales team in food safety and compliance matters including certifications, audits, documentation and related questionnaireQualificationsQualifications:Excellent organization skills and record keepingAttention to detailDynamic mindset and strong communication skillsExperience:Minimum 2 years of experience in the coffee industryPrevious experience in coffee quality control or sensory analysis– Q Grader certification is a plusSample roasting experience is preferredExperience in sales or other customer-facing role is an advantageTechnical Skills:Microsoft OfficeTools for Quality assessmentUnderstanding of exporter country quality standards & proceduresLanguages:Proficiency in German and EnglishAdditional InformationWe offer:A dynamic, international team passionate about coffee.Opportunity to shape and grow the coffee scene.Continuous learning about coffee sourcing, roasting, and trading.A role that combines independence with strong team support.
