1. You are responsible for and manage complex consulting projects with a focus on the manufacturing industry (automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, electronics, high-tech and medical technology)
2. You develop functional strategies within the scope of optimization and transformation projects
3. You are also responsible for developing and leading the consulting teams
4. You are a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and your actions are characterized by a deep understanding of the most important market trends
5. You convince and manage demanding and strategic key accounts
6. You accompany the digital transformation by identifying (strategic) options for causes of action
7. You will make a significant contribution to the further development of our business by developing and successfully positioning innovative service offerings for our customers

8. You have several years of sound consulting experience in a recognized management consultancy and you have led complex consulting projects with a industry focus on manufacturing (automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, electronics, high-tech and medical technology)
9. Your in-depth expertise lies primarily in the areas of supply chain management and value chain transformation
10. Your sound experience in business development/account management is combined with a high level of client orientation
11. You have an analytical mindset with an affinity for digital technologies and a deep understanding of business processes
12. You promote an open and appreciative way of communication and have excellent leadership skills
13. You tackle challenges and find suitable solutions
14. You have already achieved a lot in your professional career and have developed an extensive network
15. You have outstanding communication and presentation skills in German and English
