Aufgaben
* Hit double-digit revenue targets and steer ambitious growth in the DACH region with full P&L responsibility reporting directly to the CEO
* Scale the team from 25 FTE to 85 FTE in the DACH region by identifying, recruiting and retaining best in class talent and fostering a culture of excellence
* Lead four direct reports across the functions outbound & telesales team, account management, onboarding & customer success, campaign management and partner sales as well as two dotted line reports in the functions PR and content creation
* Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy and tailor product offering to the German DACH market harmonizing product overlaps and with local customer landscape and customer needs
* Be a charismatic ambassador and face of the DACH market establishing and nurturing relationships with HR decision makers at SMB target companies and building a strong brand (e.g. conference speeches, PR events, podcasts, partnerships)
* Drive lead generation and build a pipeline of new customers while executing on plans to expand/upsell business not only to existing customers but also to new opportunities
* Build and operate the existing system of KPIs, metrics and reports to measure performance and productivity
Qualifikation
* 5+ years of experience in sales and go-to-market in a a high-growth software/SaaS company, preferably with focus on SMB sales or Human Resources
* Experience in leading double-digit revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of existing customers in companies with EUR 10m+ ARR
* Knowledge in software for human resources and its competitive landscape is a plus
* Business fluent in German and English
