Language Requirements: You must communicate fluently and professionally in German with clients and internal teams where German is required, while using English for internal reporting and wider team collaboration. Who We're Looking For: Candidate Profile Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English (at least B2 level). A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Prior experience in business development, account management, or client relations is highly desirable. Experience working with Google or other major tech companies is a strong asset. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction. Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. An analytical mindset, capable of translating data into strategic insights.
