What are my responsibilities?
1. Develop detailed project plans with defined timelines, work packages and milestones
2. Act as the primary liaison between project sponsors as well as internal and external project participants
3. Prepare training material and execute trainings preparing employees for upcoming changes
4. Identify arising obstacles for the further course of the project early and completely while proactively developing mitigation strategies
5. Oversee user/factory acceptance tests focusing on a systematic and structured review of project scope and compliance to specification
6. Work closely with internal parties of the manufacturing units, with example departments being Industrial engineering, Production, Maintenance, SCM and IT
What do I need to qualify for this job?
7. Master’s degree in Engineering or applicable training as technician or similar
8. At least years of work experience, thereof 5 years of experience in project management context
9. Proficiency in planning, scoping, scheduling, tracking and controlling project lifecycles; profound abilities in performance metrics
10. Verifiable above-average experience in project and change management of projects with adequate scope size
11. Experience in budgeting and resource allocation
12. Confidence in dealing with third parties (e. g. vendors)
13. Very good in english and german (minimum C1 level)
