INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Implement global segment and g2m oc strategy incl. Required local adaptations and across all channels
* Gain deep insights on local customer needs (min. 2 – 4 days / month plus sales meetings) and competitor offerings
* Ensure budget achievement (e.g. By campaigns, promotions, margin mgmt.)
* Act as sparring partner for mkt & sales reg. Segm-specific topics
* Guide local mktg & sales in implementation of g2m approach
* Support sales with mktg material and in relevant customer meetings
* Share best practices within regional mktg community (powerhouse only)
SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Track achievement of segment related kpis (with reg. Control.)
* Initiate improvement measures based on analytical insight (with reg. Marketing analytics)
* Provide feedback on local value proposition
* Prioritize local segment needs to ensure max. relevance of global guidelines (with global segment mgmt & reg. Marketing)
* Pilot initiatives (with global segment mgmt – powerhouse only)
