The position is limited until March 2027 as a parental leave replacement. Your tasks: • Ongoing maintenance of digital employee files in Personio • Creation of employment certificates, confirmations, and HR documents • Support with Blue Card processes, visa issues, and renewals • Monthly collaboration with our tax advisor to prepare payroll • Point of contact for employees for all HR-related matters • Development and maintenance of ebicient HR processes (onboarding, feedback, culture) • Support for team events and their planning, communication, and internal processes Your profile • Experience in HR • Confident use of Personio or similar HR systems • Experience in recruiting, especially for technical roles • Good knowledge of HR administration processes and document creation • Initial experience with visa/Blue Card issues is an advantage • Very good German and English skills Interested?
