What's on your plate?
* Own and drive the end-to-end vendor operations strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
* Partner closely with local and regional teams to optimize vendor health, efficiency, and overall satisfaction.
* Collaborate with local markets to understand regional vendor needs and tailor performance strategies that drive business impact.
* Work with front-end and back-end product teams to ensure a balance between ad revenue, vendor experience, and operational efficiency.
* Analyze key performance metrics to identify underperforming vendors, develop rehabilitation plans, and implement structured solutions.
* Optimize vendor onboarding, retention, and engagement strategies, ensuring seamless experiences across multiple markets.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in vendor operations, vendor onboarding, performance management, or program management, preferably in food delivery, e-commerce, FMCG, or technology.
* Proven expertise in vendor performance management, including scaling operations, driving efficiency, and improving marketplace dynamics.
* Strong product collaboration experience, ensuring high adoption of vendor-facing tools and process optimizations.
* Highly analytical mindset – Ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
* Exceptional stakeholder management & cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence product, operations, and market teams.
