Your profile: Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or similar) Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive electronics or e-mobility Strong knowledge of embedded hardware systems and analog electronics High-voltage certification (DGUV or equivalent) is a strong asset Hands-on mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work autonomously with a high level of ownership Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical topics clearly Fluent in English (German and/or French are a plus) Team player with a collaborative and proactive approach Your main responsibilities: Develop and implement functional test plans for hardware validation Design and improve hardware test setups and test benches Perform manual and automated functional testing on electronic systems Contribute to the development xniyctf and validation of new test software functions Analyze, track, and report test results and progress Identify, manage, and resolve hardware defects Support environmental and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing Provide technical support to production teams for implementation changes Investigate customer and internal issues, reproduce defects, and coordinate resolution
