About this Position What you´ll do Serve as the lead technical expert for constructors of cleaning machines (EU region), customers within the Marine Industry and the Railway Market (Western Europe) Identify customer pain points and convert them into actionable technical solutions Provide hands-on support via email, phone, and on-site visits Own and resolve customer technical requests directly Organize and deliver technical training, especially for dedicated “Cleaner Champions” Act as the go-to contact for Cleaner Champions across Europe Collaborate with Product Development, Sales and customers to align technical roadmaps. Lead product certification processes with relevant authorities (e.g., marine approvals) Support Business Development and Sales in scaling existing accounts and expanding into new markets What makes you a good fit Engineer/Bachelor/Master’s degree in chemical engineering or chemistry Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in industrial environment, ideally in Railway, Marine, or Maintenance Cleaning Strong organizational and communication skills and a high degree of independence and ownership Ability to navigate complex, multi-country stakeholder environments Willingness to travel up to 70% Fluent language skills in English, additional languages as Dutch, German, French, Spanish are a plus The location of this position is flexible, with a focus on Western Europe / BNF (e.g., Duesseldorf, Brussels, Nieuwegein, Boulogne-Billancourt).
