Your tasks
6. Inform customers about the value and benefits of our products through scientific and communicative competence in order to achieve defined sales and growth targets.
7. Identify market opportunities and develop network structures in the region.
8. Develop ideas for measures to improve access and promote sales in a highly competitive environment and use resources efficiently.
9. Conduct independent and regular market, account and potential analyses to derive and implement regional, target-oriented sales strategies.
10. Lead informational events, optionally including presentations, and participate in relevant national and regional events such as conferences.
11. Identify the needs and gaps in care of doctors and patients throughout the entire therapeutic process and develop strategies and action plans in stakeholder management.
12. Monitor the market closely and share relevant competitive and health policy information with cross-functional team contacts.
13. Work closely and across functions with the regional team, proactively contribute ideas and involve relevant functions to further develop customer relationships and market access.
Your profile
14. Completed studies or doctorate, preferably in natural sciences, pharmacy, health economics or medicine.
15. Alternatively: Recognition as a pharmaceutical consultant (m/f/d) according to § 75 para. 3.
16. Prior experience in sales is an advantage.
17. Communication is precise and enables scientific argumentation on equal terms with opinion leaders.
18. In-depth knowledge of health policy and the healthcare landscape in the field of oncology/pulmonology is desirable.
19. Innovative spirit, willingness to learn, digital affinity, positive attitude, creativity and proactivity.
20. Strong cooperation and excellent teamwork.
21. Excellent communication and rhetoric skills.
22. Customer focus and highly developed networking skills.
23. Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
24. High willingness to travel and stay overnight in the region; residence in the travel area is an advantage.
25. Class B driving licence.
26. Availability for weekend shifts in connection with conferences and events.
