Job Description
* Embedded System Validation: You will support testing and debugging of embedded firmware and hardware for RFID systems.
* Hardware Testing & Bring-Up: You will perform board-level tests, measurements, and fault analysis during product development.
* Prototyping Support: You will assist with mechanical assembly, fit checks, and build-up of engineering samples.
* Lab Work: You will use instruments such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers to verify signal integrity, communication interfaces, and system behavior.
* Documentation: You will document test procedures, results, and technical findings to support development and product qualification.
* Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: You will work closely with firmware, hardware, and mechanical teams to troubleshoot and refine product designs.
* Process Improvement: You will contribute to lab organization, test automation, and internal tooling where applicable.
Qualifications
* Completed Degree: You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
* Hands-On Experience: You have practical experience from academic projects, labs, or internships involving embedded systems and electronics.
* Programming Basics: You are familiar with embedded C/C++ and ideally microcontroller development (e.g., STM32).
* RF & Signal Understanding: You have a basic understanding of RF signal behavior and communication interfaces like UART, SPI, or I²C.
* Lab Skills: You are confident using lab tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
* Languages: You communicate clearly and confidently in both English and German in a technical team environment.
* Location Requirement: You are located within commuting distance of Puchheim and able to work regularly on-site.
