Beschreibung

Established Search is supporting a cardiovascular medical device manufacturer as it continues to strengthen its commercial and customer-facing operations within Germany. We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to support and assist the sales and clinical support teams through effective, organised administrative and commercial execution.


The objective of this role is to deliver best-in-class customer service to existing accounts with a proactive, can-do, problem-solving mindset, while also engaging new and existing customers to support product introduction, cross-selling, and up-selling. The position provides strategic and operational support across market-specific sales, marketing, product management, and market research activities.


Responsibilities

* Act as a primary point of contact for existing customers and new leads, maintaining strong relationships and supporting increased product utilisation
* Proactively support sales activity by filling the sales funnel and coordinating demos for sales and clinical teams
* Support product introductions through phone and email campaigns
* Coordinate sales, marketing, and administrative activities in close collaboration with field sales, clinical teams, and international marketing
* Manage customer correspondence, documentation, and internal processes to ensure efficient commercial execution
* Support offer, order, invoicing, and delivery-related activities, liaising directly with customers where required
* Coordinate training events, meetings, symposia, and congress participation within Germany
* Provide operational continuity for sales activities, including travel coordination and meeting organisation


Requirements

* 5+ years’ experience in a customer service, sales support, or commercial operations role within medical devices or healthcare
* Strong understanding of hospital environments and commercial sales processes
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
* Highly organised with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
