Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of SOPARFIs, holdings, and SPVs from inception to liquidation.
* Draft and review contracts, resolutions, and loan agreements.
* Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure full compliance with Luxembourg legal requirements.
* Coordinate with third parties, including lawyers, notaries, and banks.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in a similar environment in Luxembourg.
* Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and third parties.
* Organized and proactive, enabling efficient deadline management and workload control.
* A degree in law is required to demonstrate a solid understanding of corporate regulations.
* Knowledge of tax matters will be considered an advantage in handling complex files.
