For one of his clients based in Kirchberg, Manpower Luxembourg is recruiting a

Legal administrative assistant (H/F/X)

Job Description:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to lawyers in managing their daily operational tasks.
* Oversee the tracking and coordination of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including documents and parcels.
* Act as a liaison between internal teams, global clients, and both local and international service providers.
* Manage the scheduling and organization of meetings, ensuring efficient calendar coordination.
* Coordinate business travel arrangements and handle the processing of related expense reports.
* Support the execution and follow-up of business development initiatives led by the legal team.
* Assist with client onboarding procedures and contribute to the invoicing process.
* Monitor and manage office supplies and consumables, including inventory tracking, ordering, and receiving.
Candidate Profile:
* Prior experience as a team assistant or executive secretary in an international setting, ideally within a legal or professional services environment, is considered a strong asset.
* Fluency in German or in English (spoken and written) is essential for this role. Knowledge of French is a plus.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all levels.
* Solid command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Demonstrates absolute discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
* Highly responsive, well-organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail.
