Talent Acquisition Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and develop effective strategies for attracting top talent.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze, optimize, and harmonize HR processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, performance management) across all sites
* Lead and implement HR projects focused on process improvement and digitalization
* Contribute to the introduction of modern, future-oriented HR solutions – including the use of AI-based methods
* Collaborate closely with local HR colleagues and leadership to ensure consistent standards
* Develop and implement best practices and maintain process documentation
* Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts
* Monitor and report relevant HR KPIs to support process control
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role
* Experience of working with German works councils
* Experience working with distributed teams and international locations
* Interest in digital developments in HR – ideally with initial exposure to AI-supported tools
* Strong project management skills and a structured working style
* Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a consultative mindset
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
