Required
* You have completed IT training or have practical experience in 1st level support.
* You are familiar with IT support for PCs, notebooks, tablets and smartphones as well as basic network technologies (LAN, WLAN, active network components).
* With your communicative demeanor, you are a team player and tackle things with full enthusiasm.
* You are characterized by analytical thinking skills and the ability to quickly grasp technical problems.
* Flexibility is a given for you – on-call duties and occasional business trips are no problem for you.
* Class B driving license
