Manage proposals, budgets, timelines, logistics, and communication across stakeholders. Speaker & Guest Management: Identify and secure speakers, special guests, and entertainment. Provide exceptional support to attendees and guests. Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal teams and external partners, including Marketing, to promote events and communication initiatives. Event Technology: Use advanced platforms and tools (virtual, hybrid, etc.) to enhance attendee experiences. Post-Event Analysis: Drive quality improvement through creative problem-solving, feedback integration, and strategic enhancements. Sustainability: Ensure events follow eco-friendly practices through smart logistics and vendor selection. Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Support the PR/Events Head in aligning goals with partners across international markets, including media, influencers, and cultural groups.
