Position Overview:
This is a vacancy for a hybrid or on-site role at our HQ in Tutzing. We encourage applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender identity. As a guideline, you will be on-site in Tutzing 2-3 days per week for close collaboration and alignment. The remaining days can be worked remotely.
As we expand our investment into growing our Data Network and Data Products, we are seeking an experienced EDI Project Execution Specialist (m/f/x) to join our Project Services Team. This department is responsible for guiding our customers in the implementation and effective use of our Data Platform, Data Network, and connected Data Products. In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with customers to understand their technical and business requirements, configure and implement EDI and data integration solutions, and lead workshops that help customers get the most value from Lobster’s products.

You’ll get to take ownership of:
* Leading customer-facing workshops and requirements sessions in English
* Implementing and configuring EDI/integration solutions using Lobster or comparable tools
* Supporting customers throughout project lifecycles, from concept and design through testing and go-live
We’d love to meet someone with:
* Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders
* An EDI background or solid technical background in data integration, interfaces, or similar areas
* English language skills fluent enough to independently lead customer workshops
Ideally, you also bring:
* Experience working with Lobster or a comparable EDI/integration tool
* A background in supply chain EDI (e.g., logistics, retail, manufacturing)
* Hands-on experience with SAP connectors or SAP integration
* Previous experience in project-based work or consulting (implementation projects, rollouts, integrations)
