Your tasks
?
1. As a working student (d/m/f/x) in the field of strategy and portfolio management, you will support the analysis of the IT portfolio (e.g. in the area of retention and loyalty) and identify gaps and optimization potential.
2. You will be actively involved in cross-departmental initiatives and support the planning and implementation of workshops or departmental meetings.
3. You will also work on the design and further development of AI-supported agents.
4. You will contribute your own suggestions for improvement and work iteratively on the further development of existing work artifacts.
5. Ensuring the consistency of numbers and information from different source systems will also be part of your tasks. In the event of discrepancies, you research the causes and make corrections.
6. In addition, you will prepare and design high-quality presentation documents for strategy reviews, portfolio meetings or decision-making bases at management level.
7. Last but not least, you will create and maintain clear one-pagers, protocols or guidelines to make knowledge accessible to the team.
Your profile?
8. You are studying in a relevant subject area such as business informatics, business administration with an IT focus, computer science, data science or a comparable course of study.
9. Your openness to new things, an affinity for technology and a willingness to learn enable you to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and react flexibly to requirements.
10. Your strong analytical thinking skills enable you to structure complex problems independently, prioritize relevant information and independently develop solutions.
11. You impress with a high level of initiative, an independent and proactive way of working, organize projects in a structured way, set clear priorities and always work reliably and carefully.
12. Your strong communication and teamwork skills enable you to actively exchange ideas with colleagues and interface partners even when working independently and thus contribute to joint success.
13. You have a good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint or are motivated to familiarize yourself quickly, whereby knowledge of "vibe coding" or an interest in AI-supported solutions is an advantage.
14. Excellent German language skills at C1-C2 level (mother tongue) and fluent English skills (B2) round off your profile.
