We are looking for a Quality Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our team and play a key role in ensuring and continuously improving product quality throughout our value stream.

Your Responsibilities
1. Own and manage the non-conformance management process, ensuring timely resolution and sustainable corrective actions
2. Lead the handling of customer concerns and complaints, including root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures
3. Analyze, evaluate, and visualize quality performance indicators (e.g., First Pass Yield) and drive measurable improvements
4. Act as a trusted advisor to production teams on all quality-related matters
5. Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of production-related quality issues
6. Support cross-functional projects within the designated value stream organization
7. Serve as a key interface between Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders
8. Contribute to the strategic development and optimization of inspection and quality assurance processes
9. Support development projects with a focus on error prevention and process robustness
10. Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives
11. Implement and maintain company-specific quality processes and standards
12. Support the Quality Manager in the regular evaluation and continuous improvement of the management system
What You Bring
13. Degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a comparable technical qualification (e.g., Master Technician)
14. Experience and training in Quality Management and quality-related methodologies
15. Professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within quality functions
16. Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving
17. Ability to take ownership, influence stakeholders, and drive change effectively
18. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different organizational levels
19. Fluent German and English language skills are essential
20. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
