Strategic portfolio management plays a pivotal role within corporate IT, focusing on evolving the IT Service Portfolio to ensure alignment, transparency, and efficiency across the organisation.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop a structured approach to manage, document, and strategically align the IT Service Portfolio, encompassing current, future, and end-of-life services.
* Ensure the portfolio reflects business priorities, incorporating information security aspects, supports informed decision-making, and drives the evolution of our IT service landscape in line with corporate goals.
* Foster collaboration and transparency across all levels of the organisation.
* Standardise, secure, and reuse IT service tailoring, as well as measure IT service delivery in line with business criticality on a global scale.
Create value through:
* Strategic responsibility for the alignment and continuous development of the IT Service Portfolio.
* Ensuring transparency and consistency across current, future, and end-of-life IT services.
* Defining and governing service design principles, structures, and documentation standards.
Requirements
* A minimum of several years of experience in IT Service Management.
* A university degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field.
* Practical experience in IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT.
