What You Can Expect:
* Support the development and continuous improvement of group-wide compensation and benefits processes, policies and guidelines aligned with business objectives and market standards.
* Serve as a key point of contact for international HR teams on topics such as compensation, benefits, job architecture and related group policies.
* Contribute to the design, grading, maintenance and enhancement of the global job architecture.
* Assist in implementing and maintaining pay transparency principles and ensuring compliance across the organization.
* Participate in global compensation benchmarking and international salary surveys to support competitive reward structures.
* Analyze market trends and compensation data, prepare reports and communication materials and support regular reviews with data-driven recommendations.
What You Bring:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Compensation & Benefits role.
* Proven ability to design and manage compensation processes and policies in line with organizational needs and legal requirements.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data models, market benchmarking, and delivering data-driven insights to support HR strategy.
* Solid knowledge of legal regulations and compliance standards related to compensation and benefits in an international environment.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
* Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills and fluent in English.
