We are seeking a driven and visionary sales leader to spearhead our Entertainment Systems Team in the Pro Audio division.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow our presence in the live entertainment, touring, rental, broadcast, and event production markets across Central and East Europe.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies for our Entertainment ProAudio portfolio
* Lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and market share across the territories
* Collaborate with key channel partners, integrators, and rental companies
* Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities
* Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
* Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, service, and international sales teams
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales and/or marketing in the ProAudio industry
* Strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, especially for live sound and touring applications
* University degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
* Leadership qualities in international teams and ability to motivate and inspire people
* Strategic worker with hands-on mentality
* Authentic communicator able to bridge cultures
* Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP S4/HANA
* Willingness to challenge traditional ways of working and make progress for the team
