As a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and harmonizing IT services and processes across multiple segments. You will work closely with other experts to achieve common goals by implementing data analysis, conducting interviews, and measuring tools to gain insights on enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enhance processes to be customer-centric, maximizing value for both customers and the business
