Responsibilities
* Strategic collaboration between Huawei and universities
o Insight into local science and technology development and university strategies
o University strategic planning collaboration
o Strategy alignment and execution
* Academic Environment Construction and Management
o Unify Huawei's brand and contact person in universities
o Guide academic development direction
o Develop innovative cooperation mechanisms and models:
o Ensure that cooperation activities comply with laws and regulations:
Requirements
* Profound knowledge of German Academic Research Mechanism and Enterprise Research & Development Mechanism.
* Broad experience of University-Enterprise Cooperation, Familiar with Core Concepts and Key Links of University-Enterprise Cooperation.
* Experienced with team management.
* Experienced with Interpersonal and high-level social, Experience in handling PR crises.
* Knowledge of intellectual property rights and export control laws.
* Fluent in written and spoken German & English.
