1. Develop and execute a regional business development strategy aligned with corporate objectives to drive brand performance across the region
2. Create and lead tailored business plans for each market, identifying key growth levers, commercial opportunities, and local challenges
3. Own and track commercial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on sales KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision-making
4. Select, onboard, and manage high-performing distribution partners and key accounts, ensuring excellence in execution and brand representation
5. Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activity, and sell-out performance to adjust strategies and optimize brand positioning
6. Partner with Global and Regional Marketing teams to localize brand campaigns, launches, and go-to-market plans, ensuring cultural relevance and maximum impact
7. Provide strategic and operational support to partners, including training, trade tools, merchandising guidance, and promotional planning
8. Lead regular market visits and business reviews with distributors and retail partners; actively represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and forums
9. Ensure compliance with all local legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements across markets

10. For KAM: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international sales, key account management, or business development in the beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods industry
11. For SKAM: Minimum 5-8 years of experince in international sales
12. Strong distributor management and negotiation skills
13. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities and entrepreneurial mindset
14. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
15. Fluency in English required
16. Willingness to travel regularly within the region
